Job Summary:

The ideal candidate for the Digital Marketing Specialist position will be a digital savvy, self- motivated and organized individual who is confident in their abilities to join our Dream team. This role will assist in the development and deployment of our new website and social media marketing. This individual will work in a collaborative team environment to manage all digital communications pertaining to our email, website, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and targeted campaigns across all owned channels
• Develop, maintain, and optimize strategies across all digital channel.
• Forecast and make recommendations to achieve business objectives
• Participate in brainstorm meetings with key stakeholders and the team to help design programs which hit key marketing objectives for the year.
• Be a creative problem solver with a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Understanding of website management, social media advertising, and experience creating, analyzing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns on various platforms.
• Expert knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CMS, MailChimp.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, and organizational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge including experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Working knowledge of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Ability to work in a team-oriented work environment

Work Conditions

• Office Based / Home Office
• Hours:  Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm / Saturday 8:30am – 3:00pm
