Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to become an integral part of our Takoradi, Kumasi, Accra and Tema location

Responsibilities:

• Develop and recommend sales strategies, marketing objectives, including sales volume and profit forecasts to the National Manager.
• Maintain and develop sales and profit objectives with assigned key accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer service measurement criteria and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with customer service standards.
• Prepare or ensure the preparation of work schedules.
• Hire personnel in the Branch in accordance with Company standards and procedures.
• Promote and maintain a positive work climate within the Branch.
• Ensure proper implementation and application of company policies and procedures in general, but specifically those regarding delivery, billing and collection, and security.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, and organizational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
• A college education will be an asset.
• Should be able to lead
• Ability to work in a team-oriented work environment

Work Conditions

• Office Based
• Hours:  Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm / Saturday 8:30am – 3:00pm
