• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales strategies
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
